文：福州Bazelle爸爸，Bazelle5岁多1很遗憾在娃语言人文主义时遇到郑同学，对于走过急弯、迷惘中惊慌失措的陈晓东来说无疑是甄宝玉雷苏兹，牛栓Bazelle自学中高档英语快1年了，给我带来的意外精采愈来愈多，愈来愈大经常会在日常生活中延展应用，比如自学这张卡牌时，把爸妈都夸两遍。
I admire my mom. She is a marvelous doctor. I admire my dad . He is a marvelous engineer. I admire my grandma . She is a marvelous farmer. I admire my sister . She is a marvelous teacher.
她表妹曾经去国外孟子学院教外籍人士学英语，Bazelle说她也要好好自学英语，长大后出天主教会更多的人说英语当教给 I felt pround sorrow when my dog died.这句时，也是把爸妈都die两遍。
在我怒气冲冲的时候会安慰我：Always try to keep your composure even in an emergency.在我退却犹豫时能鼓励我
在我经验教训她时，会回我：You can express your opinion ,but don’t try to impose your ideas on others.晚上太迟了不想念书时，会教育我：

疫情没法远行，假期带家人周边走走，对小孩来说，家旁边的公园就是一次旅途The world is filled with exciting places to visit. My daughter is ecstatic when I say we can go for a trip.
我们决定去游览福州钟山身心健康小径。
We have reached a consensus that we would explore the mountain –to-sea trail.小径全长23公里，每隔一段都有出入口，休息间，沿途有观景台，各种美景区。
我们计划走其中的10公里The trail stretches 23 kilometers.Alongside ,there are supporting facilities ,including the view platforms,parks,service stations and restrooms. Its an ideal fitness and leisure place for local residents and tourists.
我们决定不开车，坐地铁去；We should cut down on our private car usage，so we go there by subway.在地铁上，Bazelle显得很着急一直问到了没，我说：
Have a little patience；we will reach the destination soon.出地铁口，看到了雄伟壮观的钟山身心健康小径，上面人山人海During holidays，we can see numerous people.Look, there are many tourists. Tourism is an important industry for our city.。
沿着小径盘旋而上，到了顶点，Viewed from the top or summit of mountain –to-sea Trail, the scenery of Xiamen is indeed spectacular.
这后半句还没说出口，Bazelle就接着说，The people on the ground look like ants. Xiamen has countless skyscrapers. These skyscrapers give the city special character.
看到路边花朵，Wow, colorful flowers .Lets enjoy them.We should learn to stop and take notice of beautiful things.
观景台的地板是透明的玻璃，Bazelle害怕上去，说I have a phobia about height.其实我也有点恐高，但是想到下面这个句子（Don’t transmit your fear to your children）
我就鼓起勇气，跟她解释玻璃是牢固安全的，我们可以手拉手一起上去就不怕了I think I can help you.Lets go there together.走上观景台后Bazelle就不害怕了，不用牵我的手走。
Knowing what to do is the best way to extinguish all kinds of fears.
3卫生间洗手盆感应的水龙头出水小,告诉Bazelle，这样子可以不浪费水妹妹说Most of the Earth s water is salty ocean water. Only 3 percent of the Earth s water is fresh water.。
我接着跟她说Fresh water is an important resource that we need every day.Fresh water is scarce in China.因此我们不能浪费水。
沿途卫生间旁边有自动体外除颤仪（AED），整个小径配备了20多台AED。平时在家里互动时有玩过心肺复苏的游戏，就着上面的操作指南跟她稍微解释就明白了。
We should follow the instructions.The government aims to improve public services . Education and health care are essential public services.
虽然运动有很多好处，也有一定的风险Every sport has inherent risks. No matter where you are, remember safety should come first. Your safety and health are our top priorities.。
要坚持运动，不能两天打渔三天晒网，这样对身心健康才有利，而且要量力而行Vigorous exercise is unsuitable for children. You may do some gentle ,light exercise.。
卫生间旁边还配有吸烟室。
Bazelle问吸烟对身体不好，为什么还要盖个吸烟室跟她说虽然吸烟不好，但还是有人戒不掉烟的，吸烟对自己对周边的人都有影响Smoking is detrimental to your health,and your familys health.。
而且对周边的环境也有危险,可能引起火灾Bazelle就说A lighted cigarette can ignite a big forest fire.The conflagration may devastate or raze or destroy the forest.。
为什么要保护森林？Forests shelter biodiversity ,provide food and natural resources ,absorb greenhouse gases and regulate the climate.
我说森林是个丰富的资源The worlds forests are a source of abundance.we must save /conserve trees and forests.天气很热，我提醒小孩们要多喝水。
Sometimes Xiamen is hot and humid.Dont forget to drink water.
走一段后，Bazelle说很累，想休息下We are exhausted. A decent rest will revive us.我们就在旁边树林找了个地方吃东西，Bazelle说是野餐野餐也不能不讲卫生，吃东西前要洗手，吃完东西把垃圾收拾好丢进垃圾桶。
Wash your hands before you eat the food. We should bin the rubbish. Spitting and littering in public places are examples of antisocial behavior .
树林里看到一只蜘蛛在织网，The spider is weaving web.妹妹说蜘蛛是益虫，虽然长得丑，The spider appears tough on the outside,but it is actually very kind.
把Quasimodo改成spider 来赞扬蜘蛛The spider spins the web to catch the mosquito看到一只鸟停在树上,她说A bird just settled on the branch. Walk quietly.Dont disturb it.。
树林里还有一些果树，妹妹说The worlds forests are a source of abundance.4走到和美桥，这是一座比较独特的桥，和美桥V形桥塔高48米，桥长226.7米，桥塔与主梁通过2根主缆、4根背索以及34根悬挂索形成平衡结构受力体系，其中，主跨达到216.7米，是目前世界上同类型桥梁结构中跨径最大的桥梁。

小径旁有寺庙，People built the ancient temple long ago.走到寺庙路口，Bazelle说想去看菩萨，我们就前往寺庙寺庙口安放两只大型石头狮子，妹妹问，为什么这边有石头狮子告诉她石头狮子是中国传统建筑中经常使用的一种装饰物。
在中国的宫殿，寺庙，佛塔，桥梁，府邸，园林，陵墓等地方经常会看到狮子是我国民俗文化中最为常见的吉祥神兽，它是智慧和力量的化身，有吉祥、繁荣、生生不息的寓意，代表着吉祥，威严，庄重象征地位、尊严、平安The lion is a symbol of dignity and peace in China.
寺庙前面有个大广场,有很多雕像，有古人互相鞠躬的，有李逵背母的等等Filial piety and respect are important values in China.The ancients greeted each other by bowing.。
Bazelle说日本人打招呼也是鞠躬The cultures of China and Japan have many shared features.沿途Bazelle会看到很多我们没注意的地方，夸夸她：People say that children are observant. A curious person shows interest in things.。
这次计划走的这段路大概10公里，妹妹走了9公里多，后面实在走不动了，说I am dog-tired.
整理记录时我再次表扬Bazelle那天的表现，自己走那么长的路，说了好多英语妹妹谦虚地说这是跟爸爸共同的努力It is a joint effort.再次感谢郑同学和她的教学团队，没想到带娃出趟门，可以顺道说这么多英语。
